NOTE: A SERIES OF E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS WILL FOLLOW IN THE COMING WEEKS AND YOU MUST RESPOND IN A TIMELY FASHION.

HERE ARE THE FIRST ITEMS TO RESPOND TO.

               #1           The address/e-mail/phone numbers below are where all communication need to come - PERIOD
                              No other address is to be used for any reason.
               #2           Check your e-mail address for the following:

    Most of you have bad handwriting like me and reading the e-mail addresses off the applications was tough

Check to see that you, your parents and your teammates received this e-mail and get me any correction or addditions

Immediately;

    Those sailors with school e-mail addresses need to get another e-address to use.  Your school servers block communications with attachments and multiple recipients and we MUST HAVE a workable address for you (best is g-mail);
    We MUST HAVE at least one working parental e-mail address – no exceptions
               #3           Each Team MUST send me the sail number they are going to use at the WC event in Germany
               #4           Each Team has 7 days to accept this invitation and then they must send in a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 per sailor by May 10
               #5           All payments are to be made payable to the US I-420 Class – NO EXCEPTIONS
               #6           A preliminary Budget will follow in approximately 10 days and updated regularly until the final budget is issued
               #7           No team will be allowed to sail that has an open balance prior to the start of the regatta
               #8           Send only requested items to the Class office as they are requested
               #9           The Class Office will arrange, lodging, coaches, coach boats, team vans, team uniforms and will assist with racing boat charters
               #10        If you have questions, send them by e-mail – do not swamp the office with calls.

That’s’ it for now.  Pay attention to this list and get the actions items done immediately – especially communications links.  We are definitely missing a number of e-mail addresses and we have too many school e-mail addresses.

Congratulations to you all.
